We will assist you with mortgage financing, finalizing the finishing touches, providing service and warranty support after possession. Challenger History

With over 30 years of experience in the home building industry, Challenger combines quality construction materials with quality service. We do this by taking the 'hands on' approach to home building by selecting the best materials and caring craftsmen to provide one-on-one customer service in order to assure your satisfaction. When building a Challenger Home, we listen to you and build what you want.

In recent years, Challenger has focused on environmentally sensitive housing and has won several awards for its achievement in this field, including the Emerald Award. Challenger Homes has also received the CHBA's prestigious national award - the WIlliam M. McCance Award - an award which recognizes outstanding contribution to Canadian housing for technical excellence.

Challenger Homes has also been recognized with the Alberta Home Builders' Association's "Award of Excellence" for excellence in housing design.
